ELROY'S WEB FINE PRINT

The Elroy page and it's content is generated and maintained by the band.

There is not, nor shall there be, any “flash” on our site, or Java, or any other bothersome form of fancy pants web mastering. Our web design is simple table and text design, designed for easy navigation, and no nonsense interaction.

The Elroy page will not play music at you, unless you click a link for it.

Elroy does not give you cookies, or track from where and when you link to our page. We do not keep web stats, and couldn’t care less.

We do not sell advertising through the page, or provide information on visitors to anyone, not even the drummer.

Elroy does not use any information that you provide us for any reason other then why you provided it. Not even to ask cute girls on dates (well, that did happen once, but she was busy that year) nor does Elroy keep on file any of the information that you provide to us (credit card, mailing info, favorite color).
